The Compassionate Leadership Centre of Excelence (CLCE) LEAD (Learn, Empower, Aspire & Deliver) and extended LEADER (Learn, Empower, Aspire, Deliver, Envision & Reflect) programmes are designed to provide you with evidence-based skills that have genuine impact. These programmes go far beyond understanding what to do, into developing effective evidence-based skills that have measurable cultural impact.
Whilst the CLC draws on the principles of these programmes, they are never delivered the same way twice! The components of LEAD or LEADER provide a useful content guide and benefit from a combination of theory, skills development, coaching and reflective practice. However, your programme is always co-produced and tailored to the individual and organisational needs. Choose from a combination of interactive facilitated sessions, coaching and reflective practice to create the right approach for you and/or your organisation.
